• Account data: name, email, or Telegram ID, for identification and communication.
• Order data: delivery address, selected product, and quantity, to fulfill the order.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, for security and analytics.

Except for partners directly involved in fulfilling the order (payment systems, shipping carriers).

Data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Payment data is not stored on our servers.

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support.

To find and fix checkout problems, we selectively record how a small share of visitors use the site: clicks, scrolling, moving between pages. Anything you type into a form is masked before it is recorded. Payment widgets and embedded frames never end up in a recording. Recordings are kept for 14 days and deleted automatically.

How to opt out: if your browser has Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled, recording does not run. This page also has an opt-out button below: it sets the longeva_no_srr cookie and turns recording off in this browser.
