SLU-PP-915 is a boronic-acid small molecule and pan-ERRα/β/γ agonist from Saint Louis University. Unlike the acylhydrazone SLU-PP-332, it was engineered for metabolic stability — and became the first orally bioavailable member of the series. The entire evidence base is cells and mice; there are no human studies.
